Our conviction

Training only has value if it changes practices the very next day.

Participants should not leave with concepts, but with habits they can apply in their own role, within their own organisation.

Our method

Four steps, from the requirement to embedded practices.

As with our consulting engagements, we never define a course before understanding the real need.

01

Scoping

Analysis of the requirement — regulatory, standards-based or client-driven — and of your existing documents. Identification of audiences, critical situations and operational objectives.

Objectives and scope defined
02

Design

Tailor-made content and delivery methods adapted to your constraints. Programme and materials approved with you before any roll-out.

Programme and materials approved
03

Delivery

Sessions run on site, based on your real cases. Scheduling that fits your operations, learning assessment and a certificate for every participant.

Sessions, assessments, certificates
04

Embedding

Lasting materials to embed practices day to day and train new employees without starting from scratch.

Knowledge retention kit
Formats

The format follows the objective, never the other way round.

Formats can be combined within a single programme, depending on your audiences and operational constraints.

Preferred format

In person, on site

In-house sessions on your premises, close to your workstations, your tools and your real situations. This is where tailor-made training truly makes sense.

  • Role plays based on your own cases
  • Small groups, adapted pace
  • Multi-site and shift-friendly scheduling
  • Learning assessment and certificate

Frequently asked questions

What our clients ask us before getting started.

Can you deliver training on our premises, anywhere in France?

Yes. We work in Paris, the Île-de-France region and throughout France, including multi-site settings, with schedules adapted to your operational constraints.

How are our internal documents used?

Your procedures and documents are used solely to design your materials. They remain confidential and are never reused for other clients.

Do participants receive a certificate?

Yes. Every session includes a learning assessment and leads to a certificate of completion, useful for skills traceability and your audits.

How do we train future employees?

That is the purpose of the embedding step: quick-reference cards, signage, checklists and, where needed, e-learning modules let you onboard new starters without running a full new session.

How is the training funded?

Our in-house training is usually funded from the company’s own training budget. Funding arrangements are clarified during the scoping phase.

Next step

Every training need starts with scoping.

Let’s discuss your requirements, teams and constraints. Our first goal: define the training that will make a real difference on the ground.
